How can I buy?

It's simple, follow these steps:

1 Choose the books that you like the most, the quantity and add them to the basket.

2 The first time you buy you will have to register as a customer, and if you already are, it will be enough to enter your name and password.

3 Fill in the fields corresponding to the shipping data.

4 Select the payment method. If the payment is with Visa or Mastercard, we do not have access to your card data at any time.

5 The purchase is already made, now you can print the receipt of your order.

How much does shipping the books cost?

If you live in the capital Madrid, you may want to save on shipping costs, and stop by our headquarters to pick up your order. We are at Cedros street, 39 local. Our hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you want us to send your order home, we will send it to you with a courier company. For the Iberian Peninsula the rate is 4 plus VAT for orders up to 2 kilos. If your order exceeds that weight, we will tell you the exact cost.

For orders outside of Spain and the Canary Islands, ask us by phone beforehand about the shipping method.

How long does it take to send my order?

If we have stock in the bookstore we will send your order immediately and you will receive it within 24 to 72 hours. If you want to know if we have stocks of a certain book, please contact us.

You can also check the status of your order at any time.

Why do I have to register to make a purchase?

If you register you will not have to fill in the form again to make future orders. By simply entering your username and password, you will be able to make the purchase. In addition, if you wish, by accessing your personal area you will be able to track your orders.

How can I access my account and track my order?

To access your account , you only need to enter your username and password in the menu. Once inside your account you can perform the following functions: change password, modify user data and list of orders. Through the section, list of orders , you will be able to consult your orders, as well as access all the information of the order.

What do I do if I do not receive my order within the established period?

Contact the bookstore by email or phone call, and always indicate your order number and book details. We will contact the shipping company to locate your order.
